  From the moment you walk in to reception you are greeted by friendly staff who are willing to go above and beyond to make your stay amazing. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious the entire family enjoyed their meals from chicken wings to salmon and cheese burgers. The pool was the perfect temperature. Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy and beds are comfortable. Definitely a 5 star from us and highly recommended.

  We are on our last night here and so sad to be leaving!!! Beautiful, clean and spacious room with room service everyday. The pool is amazing! Huge, cold pool, warm pool and warm spa! The restaurant is lovely and located right next to the pool (perfect for parents!) And the cocktails at the pool side bar are so on point! Staff have been nothing but warm, friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Located on the very quiet end of Hervey bay, but seconds away to the action. Good fishing 200m walk away and boat club mins walk away for drinks and food with a view. We are already booking for next time!!! Thanks for having us. McDermid's x (room 1209)

  Ramada unit we stayed in was clean, bed comfortable, it looked exactly as photographs on the website, location is ok, everything is short drive or walk to the water front, staff was helpful and friendly. Our stay probably would be more pleasant if we had unit further down the row. As our unit was 1st next to the restaurant, noise (music and guests) wasn't exactly what we looked forward, especially not early in the morning. Also, our unit was closest to the smallest hot spa pool and from 3 pools available, guests seemed to prefer that one, so again noise would disturb our rest during the day as well in the evening as you can use pool until 10 pm. Sliding doors do cancel out the noise so you can watch movies on TV . So, if you can get a room further down the row then your stay at this place can be fully pleasant and enjoyable

  Really nice clean and spacious apartment in a good location! Our family called late at night but reception was kind enough to let us book and wait for us to arrive.
  We loved the spa bath and modern facilities like the smart TV and air conditioner. The spa was also really lovely. Woolworths and other stores are a short 5 minute drive away.
  However, we were disappointed in the lack of kitchen appliances like big bowls for mixing or salad and a strainer. Even so, if you’re preparing simple meals then you should be all good. There’s also a restaurant conveniently downstairs!
  Additionally, it would have been nice if there were 2 or 3 bedroom apartments rather than just 1 bedroom, for families.

  Room is very large and nice and clean. Bedroom is not very dark unfortunately and you can hear people walking past at night. Lady on her phone at 3am was just wonderful haha!
