I was thrilled with the work done replacing my winch and the expert advice that comes at no cost. A legendary business which I can't wait to have a reason to visit again.

While touring, we returned to the parking lot and were approached by two men who told us they had hit our vehicle while it was parked. The staff at Coastal 4x4 raised the vehicle onto a hoist to check the extent of the damage on the bullbar. Thankfully, it was mostly cosmetic and didn't need to be replaced (since the young man who hit it was uninsured) We received our vehicle back after they moved it back into place and cleaned up the damaged area. We felt so bad when the incident happened, but we were so pleased when we shared our experience at Coastal 4x4 with the home/vehicle owner. We interacted with a number of staff and they were all very courteous and friendly. We are very thankful!
